The Hands and Feet solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with its mission.

Donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities, without limitations.

In the course of its regular fundraising activities, The Hands and Feet will accept donations of money, personal property, and in-kind services.

Certain types of gifts must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special liabilities they may pose for The Hands and Feet. Examples of gifts which will be subject to review include gifts of real property, gifts of personal property, and gifts of securities.
The Hands and Feet is a 501(c)3 Charity, our tax identification number is 38-4190654. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the division of consumer services by calling Toll Free within the State of Florida 1-800-435-7352. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation by the State of Florida. As a 501(c)3 charity, tax laws require us to notify you that this document is the official acknowledgment of your gift. Also, we are required to certify that you received no goods or services in consideration of this contribution; therefore, the full amount of your gift is tax deductible.
Donor Advised Funds
Donor-Advised Funds (DAF) are a tax-efficient way to manage charitable donations.
Donor-Advised Funds allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the fund over time.
