Ashley Grant

Ashley has spent more than 20 years in retail, luxury, and consumer brands. She built her career in New York City as a buyer for luxury specialty retailers and department stores, where she became known for her brand partnerships, high-level category strategy, and a track record of driving revenue growth. Along the way, she earned industry recognition for the way she built relationships.
In 2021 she brought that experience to South Florida, shifting into business development for a leading luxury resale platform with a focus on enterprise partnerships. She has also advised emerging brands on merchandising, partnerships, and growth strategy, most recently in consumer products.

What ties it all together is an eye for what a brand or organization could become and a talent for connecting the right people to get it there. On the board, Ashley serves on the development committee, focused on strategy, new partnerships, and bringing new circles of people into the work of showing up for South Florida families.

Ashley lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband, Greg, and their two sons, Carter and Owen. In her free time, she loves photography, baking with her boys, and spending time at the beach.
