Tal Raizer

Dr. Tal Raizer is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Plasma Med Spa, a regenerative aesthetics practice in Weston, Florida. She brings over a decade of healthcare experience, having served as a Registered Nurse in critical care environments such as the ICU and ER before becoming a Nurse Practitioner in orthopedic surgery.

Tal holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Old Dominion University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston University. Her career blends scientific expertise with compassionate care, driven by a deep desire to empower others.

Beyond her clinical work, Tal is an active member of the Rotary Club of Weston, where she helps lead major community initiatives including the club’s annual Food & Wine Festival and Golf Tournament, both of which raise funds for local student scholarships and charitable programs. Her involvement reflects a strong commitment to community service and grassroots impact.

Tal lives in Pembroke Pines with her husband, a U.S. Navy veteran, and their two young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, baking sourdough, and exploring new places with her family.
