Michelle Catoe

Michelle has had a heart for serving children and families impacted by the foster care system for many years. Throughout different seasons of her family’s life, she has found meaningful ways to serve, from dropping off pizza and babysitting to organizing donations.

Michelle first became involved with The Hands and Feet as a volunteer, sorting donations in the center and helping ensure children and families received the items they needed. After several years of feeling called to do more, she was hired as the first site director in Palm Beach.

As a first-time “Gramma” through foster care, the experiences of foster families are especially close to her heart. Michelle brings an eye for detail and a gift for creative problem-solving to her work, along with a desire to bring the light and love of Jesus into some of life’s darkest moments. She considers it a privilege to be part of such a beautiful and inspiring community and to help meet the tangible needs of children and families.
