The Hands and Feet Hosts Voices of the System to Benefit Children and Families impacted by the child welfare system.
The Hands and Feet, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential items to children and families with an open child welfare case, is proud to announce Voices of the System; Every Story Matters, a fundraising event to support our ongoing efforts in delivering resources to all children and families.
This exciting event will take place on Friday, April 26, 2024, at The Club at Boca Pointe in Boca Raton, Florida. It promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with entertainment, inspiration, and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of children in the welfare system.
The Voices of the System will feature a captivating program that includes:
Youth Speeches: Be inspired by thought-provoking short stories, spoken words, or poems delivered by youth that have aged out of foster care, foster parents, social workers, and more.
Live Performances: Enjoy live entertainment from local musicians and special guest artists.
Call To Heart: Open your hearts to help us reach a goal to fulfill the organization’s need for a new van and driver to ensure timely deliveries of the essential needs.
Reception, Hors d’evours, and Networking: Connect with like-minded individuals, community leaders, and advocates who are passionate about The Hands and Feet.
The funds raised through this event will directly support The Hands and Feet's vital programs and initiatives, which aim to meet tangible, basic needs quickly and efficiently to provide a sense of true help and hope. By attending the Voices of the System, individuals and businesses can create a lasting impact and help us create a better future for the children and youth within the welfare system.
